  4. Quality of goods and return conditions
    • Item 15 of the RETAIL TRADE RULES (approved by Resolution No. 697 of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania of June 11, 2001, with subsequent amendments) provides that Plants, animals and food products of appropriate quality are not exchanged or returned.
    • A product is considered to be of poor quality if:
  • the expiration date of the product has expired;
  • due to improper storage conditions before the product is transferred to the buyer, the consistency or other essential characteristics of the product have changed;
  • the product is mechanically damaged not due to actions belonging to the buyer.
  • Upon receiving the shipment, the buyer must immediately check whether the packaging is not damaged externally or in any other way, and whether all ordered goods have been received.
  • If the received shipment is damaged or certain goods are missing, the Buyer has the right not to accept the shipment. If the shipment is collected from a parcel machine, the Buyer must inform the Seller about its defects and shortcomings no later than 24 hours from the time of collection. The Buyer can contact the seller by phone at +370 (671) 77497 or by e-mail at hello@crickies.lt. If the buyer contacts the seller after the specified deadline, comments on the quality of the delivery of the goods will not be accepted.
  • The seller undertakes to replace goods of inadequate quality with goods of adequate quality or to refund the money paid to the buyer for goods of inadequate quality.
  • The buyer may return goods of inadequate quality to the seller. The shipping fee for returning the goods is paid by the buyer. This fee is not refundable.
  • The Seller resends the order at its own expense. If the Buyer wishes to receive a refund for returned goods of inadequate quality, a refund request must be submitted along with the returned goods.
  • In the refund request, the Buyer must indicate: name, surname, order number, name and quantity of the unsuitable goods, and reason for the return.
  • The money is returned to the Buyer back to the bank account from which the goods were paid.
